    • Local farmers and ranchers who grow their own produce or raise their own animals
    • Specialty/pre-packaged and prepared on-site/ready-to-eat food vendors who prepare and/or package their own food locally

*Please note that resale is not permitted--your business must directly produce anything you sell at the market.

  • Harvey Park Farmers Market Rules & Regulations

By submitting this application you are agreeing to abide by all policies that follow in this outline. Rules & Regulations are laid out so market staff and vendors have clear policies of the functioning of the Harvey Park Farmers Market. Rules & Regulations are subject to change, and any changes will be relayed to vendors using the contact information in your application.

    Setup:
Market staff will be onsite at 6:30am each Saturday. Set up is from 6:30am - 9am. All vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 9am. Vendors not checked in by 8:30am will not be allowed to participate. A market map with vendor placement will be sent out the Friday before each market. Vendors are to bring their own carts, tables, tents, display items, weights, and any other items necessary to set up their booth.

    Safety:
All vendors are REQUIRED to have 30+ LBS of weight per tent leg (i.e. a single 10'x10' tent must have 120lbs MINIMUM weight to be considered secure). There will be no staking into the ground permitted. Your tent is your responsibility and it must be properly secured. Unweighted tents will be asked to be taken down.

    Cancellations & Weather Policy:
The Harvey Park Farmers Market will operate rain, snow, or shine. Market management reserves the right to close the market, or to cancel specific dates due to unsafe weather conditions. Vendors will be notified as early as possible in the event of a cancellation.

    Product Guidelines:
Vendors will be expected to only sell products outlined on their application and display product prices visibly. Vendors must clearly label products and adhere to any health and safety standards. Food vendors must comply with all health department regulations, including proper permits and insurance. Spaces may not be shared without prior consent of market staff.

    Tear Down:
Tear down will begin at 1pm each Saturday. Vendors will not be permitted to tear down early, including "Sold Out" vendors. Tear down is not to exceed 3pm, with all items packed and loaded by that time.

    Attendance:
Vendors are expected to attend all approved market dates. We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of one's control, but please let market staff know if you will be unable to attend a market date or may be late. Absences have a profoundly negative impact on the market and all vendors. Unless prior notice is given, no-shows will be fined $50 per occurrence, and after multiple no-shows vendors may be removed from participation in the market.

    Payment & Fees:
The daily market fee is 8% of gross sales for farmers and ranchers and 10% of gross sales for all other vendors. Invoices will be emailed after each market day and will be due via Melio by the following Wednesday at 4pm. If an invoice has not been paid by 4pm on the Wednesday before each market, the vendor will not be permitted to participate in that week's market.

    Acceptance:
If accepted to the market, a Vendor Handbook with all additional information will be provided by April 1st, 2026. Accepted vendors will also sign a Vendor Agreement prior to opening day.
