  • CANCELLATION FORM

    This form will allow us to track cancellations and drops more efficiently, since we need to drop attendees from multiple places.
  • If you are cancelling an attendee before the registration deadline, please go to the Conference's Online Registration Portal, and delete them from your registration.  You will not have to pay their registration fee.

     

    For Regional Competition cancellations, send an email directly to your Regional Representative.  Refunds are not available after the registration deadline, but subsitutions may be offered (check with the representative, since each region has different policies).

  • Fall Leadership Conference Cancellation

    Registration cancellations after the registration deadline will use this form, but will not be eligible for a refund.

     

    Any overpayments will be processed after the conference/activity for which they are requested. Refunds will be processed to the chapter’s account, and not a specific individual. If the chapter has outstanding invoices, any refunds or credits will be applied towards the outstanding balance.

  • State Conference Cancellation

    Registration cancellations after the registration deadline will use this form, but will not be eligible for a refund.

    Please contact the hotel directly to cancel any hotel rooms. Please use the contact that sent your hotel confirmation. If you have not received an emailed invoice/confirmation from the hotel yet, please wait until you hear from them to avoid any confusion, as they may still be processing chapter housing reservations. Please note that housing refunds will not be possible if other roommates are still occupying the hotel room.

     

    All eligible refunds and overpayments will be processed after the conference/activity for which they are requested. Refunds will be processed to the chapter’s account, and not a specific individual. If the chapter has outstanding invoices, any refunds or credits will be applied towards the outstanding balance.

  • National Conference Cancellation

    As per the national SkillsUSA office, registration cancellations after the registration deadline will use this form, but will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.

    Michigan might be able to offer a partial refund for some of the registration materials, depending on the cancellation date.  Ann will be in touch regarding this.

     

    Also keep in mind:

    • Housing refunds may not be possible if other roommates are still occupying the hotel room.  We will refund housing costs when possible.
    • Any airline cancellation/change fees that may be charged.  Please contact the airline or travel agent to cancel.
