Salary Range: $18 - $25/hour
Are you a skilled handyman who takes pride in quality workmanship and helping people live safer, more comfortable lives? We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a 1099-contractor.
This is not an entry-level role—we need someone who can take the lead with confidence and skill. We require Certificates of Insurance (COI) naming our company as an Additional Insured at time of contracting.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll work on a variety of projects, including but not limited to:
- Installing bathroom roll-in showers and grab bars for accessibility
- Performing light electrical and moderate plumbing tasks
- Tile work and LVP flooring installation
- Installing vanities and other bathroom upgrades
- Building decks, ramps, and steps
- Door framing and widening for accessibility
- Basic drywall repair, finishing, and painting
- Providing accurate estimates for projects (a strong plus)
- Bonus skills: HVAC, gutters, and general renovation experience
- Must have your own tools and reliable vehicle with insurance

- Proven handyman/renovation experience
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Focused on client satisfaction
- Willingness to update office management at all time
- Own tools and reliable transportation (required)
- Must pass a background check
- No criminal history that would create safety issues for vulnerable clients
- General liability coverage required and proof will be request.
