We acknowledge that a $50.00 administrative fee will be invoiced by Coast to Coast Strata and added to the levy ledger at the time of this request.The Strata Manager and/or Body Corporate reserve the right to refuse a payment plan if the proposed terms are deemed unreasonable, restrict the Body Corporate’s cash flow, or for any other legitimate operational reason.Please note: If penalty interest is applicable, it will continue to accrue on outstanding contributions in accordance with the Body Corporate/Owners Corporation penalties and debt recovery process. Should the approved payment plan be defaulted, the agreement will be terminated immediately, and the outstanding debt will be referred to a collections agency, with all associated costs charged to the lot owner.
