Independent Contractor Delivery Driver - Catering
We Are Currently Hiring For Catering Delivery - Most catering orders are between 7am - 8:30am & 10:30am - 12:30pm w/ occasional orders in the evenings but can come in anytime or on the weekends. Orders typically take about 30 minutes (not counting driving time to pick-up)

This Is 1099 Work (Independent Contractor)

Pay Is Paid Weekly - Pay is paid on Thursdays unless there is a holiday. Pay on a holiday week is paid on Friday. You will get paid on Thursday for the prior week's work. (Monday - Sunday)

Pay Is Paid Per Job - You will be offered an amount of $27 up to $100+ ($27 is lowest we pay and can go up to well over $100+ order pay varies depending on order.

Must Pass Background and DMV Report - You will submit your license and insurance to our insurance (Gigsage) Once you have passed this step we will send you driver contract and W9 form and you will be on the road. (If you do not have bags or a cart we will put you on hold until you can send pictures of ones you have purchased)

Let The Cream Rise To The Top - We run very small teams in each city, usually 4-6 people. The top 4 to 6 drivers that accept all or most jobs they are offered, have good communication skills with dispatch, arrive at least 5 minutes or more before pick-up time and does not cherry pick orders will be offered the most orders.

How Jobs Are Determined
**Important To Know** We try and hire just enough to cover all of our jobs. Usually between 5 and 10 drivers in bigger cities. We do not over hire like most companies do. Orders are not put on a board for you to try and grab. Orders are assigned to each driver individually, usually the day before job is due to be picked up. Being a 1099 driver you have the right to accept orders or decline them. Please remember we don't have hundreds or thousands of drivers in each city, so when you decline an order we may have to cancel that order. Cancelling orders does not look good on us. Please consider this before applying.

This Is The Order In Determing Who Is Assigned Orders

1) Good Communication - We are not here to micromanage but sometimes it is neccesary to communicate when issues arise with an order or other things like an eta, etc.

2) Acceptance & On Time Rate - Accepts $27 payout as well as $100+ payout, Arrives at least 5 minutes before pick-up time.

3) Driver's Location In Proximity To Restaurant - We try and give you orders closest to your location. Sometimes we may ask you to go farther if we can't find anyone closer.

Drivers who excel in these areas will be given as many orders as we can throw at them!! Sometimes we bundle a smaller paying order with a larger one to make it worth your while.
