RAIDERS – COURTS COORDINATOR
The courts coordinator is a critical role in the club and enables support to our teams by coordinating the training court availability during the season.
Key responsibilities
- Book venues for the coming season
- Seek nominations from teams for preferred training slots
- Process nominations using Model
- Maintain training bookings register
- Liase with teams as required
Key tasks
- Re-book with venues training courts for the coming season
- Update Model with court availability - aim for 60 min slots
- Update model with available training slots
- Updated Nomination forms – noting to restrict preference 1 & 2 to certain age groups (Junior/Senior)
- Send Nomination forms to Team Managers, follow up return
- Load Nomination forms to the Model, with aim to achieve preference 1-3
- Advise teams their allocated slots
- Assist teams with moving slots as required
- Advise teams during season re. Impact to court availability (school/public holidays, school events etc)
- Review for accuracy and recommend for payment to the Treasurer payments for court bookings
