Displays must comply with RI policy i.e correct Rotary branding.
Like projects may share tables.
Fundraising/raffles/sales require prior approval (fees may apply).
RI-licensed vendors get prime vendor spots (fees may apply).
Any 240v equipment must have current test/tag.
Booth staff must be registered Conference attendees or pay the catering fee at registration.

Single space ≈ 2.4m × 1.8m with 1.8m × 90cm table.
Table coverings not supplied.
Bump In / Out
Bump in: Fri afternoon or Sat 7:00–8:00am
Bump out: Sat 2:00–4:00pm
No Showcase on Sunday.
