Our prices are based on the length of your file, not on how long it takes us to transcribe it. For example, if you send us a 20-minute file, the cost will be 20 x $3.99, which is $79.80. If you qualify for a discount or add extra services, then your cost will be lower or higher accordingly. Please indicate you understand how our pricing works by checking the box below.

We offer a 5% discount for bulk orders, a 10% discount for weekly service, and a 15% discount for a bulk order + weekly service. Are you interested in receiving any of these services today? *
In order to qualify for the bulk order discount, you must send at least 500 audio minutes.In order to qualify for the weekly service discount, you must send a minimum of 100 audio minutes per month. This discounted rate will apply to any and all files we transcribe for you as long as you're receiving weekly service.
