MIND | BODY | RECOVERY (all persons)
A blend of yoga, athlete mindfulness + body recovery, and followed with sport specific education to begin your new week refreshed and re-focused. Our "Yoga Class" is a recovery focused session designed for athletes to improve flexibility, mobility, body control, and mindfulness. Through professionally guided stretching and breathwork, athletes reduce soreness, prevent injury, improve mindfulness, and move more efficiently - helping them perform their best in practice and in competition.
GAME REVIEW ( MLB / PRO SOFTBALL )
After each yoga session, athletes have the added option to review their personal game footage or hear MLB experiential talks every week from The Weeks Experience: Coaching Team. This will be a TRANSFORMATIVE educational session, that will refuel, re-energize, and re-focus each athlete to take on another week of competitive play with confidence. Super Valuable!
