VENDING DETAILS
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our Annual Thanksgiving Trail Ride, presented by The Farms at Two Egg & Jagged Edge Horse Ranch! This exciting three-day event brings together horse lovers, campers, families, and the community for a weekend full of trail riding, live music, food, and fun.
Our vendors play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by offering products and services that enhance the experience for riders, families, and guests.
Important Vendor Information
Event Dates: November 21–23, 2024
Location: The Farms at Two Egg, 4382 Wintergreen Rd., Greenwood, FL 32443
Setup: Detailed setup instructions will be shared with vendors one week prior to the event
Tear Down: Vendors are responsible for removing their own booths/items at the end of the event.
Payment: Full payment secures your spot. Spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received. If another business registers after you but pays before you, they will secure the space.
Food Vendors: Must bring their own food prep and heating equipment. No electrical access will be provided.
Refunds/Rain Policy: No refunds or rain checks will be issued.
Confirmation: Once your vendor application is received, a member of our team will email you to confirm your spot and provide secure payment links.
