CVFF 2025 Vendor Application

The Coachella Valley Filipino Festival will take place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Downtown Park in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs, beside the Forever Marilyn statue.

A program of the nonprofit Palm Springs Cultural Center, the festival is free and open to the public. When the event debuted in 2023, it drew thousands of attendees from across Southern California, and it is returning this year by popular demand.

Booth Fees
Food Vendors (10x10 booth): $275
Artisan/Retail Vendors (10x10 booth): $175
Community Organizations/Nonprofits (10x10 booth): $80 (Some nonprofits may be offered a waived or reduced fee, determined on a case-by-case basis.)

Upgrade option: A 10x20 space is available for an additional $100 (limited availability).

All food vendors must have the necessary Riverside County Environmental Health permits for their operation and be ready to provide documentation as requested. Vendors are responsible for submitting the required paperwork and paying the Riverside County Environmental Health fee in order to participate. Vendors are also responsible for following all county health regulations.* This field is required.
