Release of Liability:
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the above-mentioned activity, I, the undersigned, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the activity provider, its employees, agents, volunteers, and any other persons or entities associated with the activity (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses, including but not limited to medical expenses, property damage, personal injury, or death, which may arise out of, result from, or relate in any way to my participation in the activity.
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in the activity involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to the risk of injury or death. I assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with my participation in the activity, and I agree to hold the Released Parties harmless from any and all claims arising out of my participation in the activity.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to my participation in the activity, or my negligence or misconduct.
Acknowledgment:
I have read and understand the terms of this waiver and release, and I agree to be bound by them. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers regarding the activity and the risks associated with it.
