Program Commitment

All Freedom School Servant Leader Internship interviews will be in person. If you are chosen for an interview you will be responsible for travel and any other incidentals required to get to the First Baptist Church of Hampton, located at 229 N. King Street, Hampton, VA.

The CDF Freedom School program requires a strict time commitment of availability during the program. As an SLI it is mandatory that you attend the following sessions:

May 16: Local Training
June 1 - 7: National Training
June 9 - 11: Local Training
June 15 - 19: Classroom Preparation
June 16: Parent Orientation
June 22 – August 1: Freedom School Program

If hired, you are expected to avail yourself for all dates and plan any vacation and other work commitments around these time periods. Are you able to make this commitment?
