Please complete this application to vend at The North River Community Market 2025-2026 season.

The 2025-2026 season dates are: September 14, 2025, October 12, 2025, November 2, 2025, December 7, 2025, January 4, 2026, February 1, 2026, March 1, 2026, May 3, 2026, June 7, 2026. (No market on Easter Sunday.) PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO VENDORS WHO CAN ATTEND ALL MARKETS.

The hours are from 10 am until 2 pm, rain or shine.

Our vendor fees are:
• $40 for produce vendors for a 10'x10' space per market
• $45 for all other food and artisan vendors selling a product for a 10'x10' space per market
• $65 for Food trucks up to 20 feet long, $75 for food trucks over 20 feet long
• $200 for Corporate Partners (all other businesses) for a 10'x10' space per market (no selling, informational only)
• Non-Profits are free for a 10'x10' space per market (no selling, informational only)
(Non-Profits are on a rotation basis to ensure opportunities for all who would like to participate.)

Vendors will be responsible for all of their equipment, as per the Terms & Conditions which can be found here: http://www.northrivermarket.com/vendor.

As a vendor, you will be required to carry commercial liability insurance with the market company and host company as addition insured for $1M.

No trailers are permitted on the market grounds. We have limited curbside spaces for trucks and trailers. So, if you are able to vend without a trailer, that would be to your benefit.
