    This onboarding form operates as an Annual Partnership Agreement between SkillReady Solutions Pty Ltd (“SkillReady”, “we”, “us”) and the undersigned MARA-registered migration agent or firm (“Partner”, “you”). By completing this form, you agree to the terms below for a period of 12 months from the date of submission.


    1) Purpose & Program Overview
    SkillReady collaborates with MARA-registered Partners to provide clients (students and skilled migrants) with structured, ethical, and compliant access to migration consultations and services. SkillReady is not a migration agent and does not provide migration or legal advice. All migration advice and visa services are delivered exclusively by the Partner under their current MARA registration.


    2) Scope of Collaboration
    SkillReady will:

    Facilitate client introductions and manage booking workflow for consultations.
    Collect pre-paid consultation fees from clients and coordinate schedules.
    Provide clients with preparation resources (industry/employment readiness).
    Maintain simple referral records and basic reporting to the Partner.
    The Partner (Agent) will:

    Deliver professional migration advice and services strictly under a current MARA registration.
    Conduct all lodgements, filings, and legal communications under their own authority.
    Honour the commercial terms set out below.
    Notify SkillReady immediately of any change, suspension, or lapse of MARA status.

    3) Commercial Terms
    A. Consultation Bookings (pre-paid via SkillReady)

    Each consultation session is scheduled for a maximum period of 20 minutes. Where additional time is required, this may be arranged directly between the client and the Partner and may attract further fees (outside the standard arrangement with SkillReady).
    Clients pay consultation fees to SkillReady at the time of booking (phone or face-to-face).
    Revenue split for each completed consultation: 50% SkillReady / 50% Partner.
    SkillReady remits the Partner’s 50% within 14 business days after the consultation is delivered.
    B. Referral Conversions (post-consult service engagement)

    Where a SkillReady-introduced client engages the Partner for paid visa/migration services, the Partner agrees to pay SkillReady a 20% referral commission on the Partner’s professional fees for that engagement (excludes government charges and disbursements).
    Commission becomes payable upon the Partner’s receipt of client payment(s) and is due within 14 days of SkillReady’s invoice.
    Notes: Amounts are expressed ex-GST (if applicable). Either party may request reasonable clarifications of records supporting bookings, attendance, and referral status while respecting client confidentiality.


    4) Responsibilities & Standards
    Professional Conduct: The Partner must comply with the Migration Act 1958 (Cth), MARA Code of Conduct, and all applicable Australian laws and policies.
    Client Relationship: The migration engagement is strictly between the client and the Partner. The Partner is solely responsible for advice quality, scope, fees, and outcomes.
    No Guarantee: SkillReady does not guarantee consultation attendance, service uptake, visa outcomes, or employment results.
    Brand & Communications: Parties may reference the collaboration in client-facing communication in a professional manner and must remove any misleading statements on request.

    5) Privacy & Data
    Personal information is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and SkillReady’s Privacy Policy. Data is used only for verification, bookings, and partnership administration. Each party must protect client confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy and cyber-security obligations.


    6) Term, Renewal & Termination
    Term: This Agreement commences on form submission and remains in force for 12 months.
    Renewal: Renewed by re-submitting the onboarding form (or by written renewal confirmation).
    SkillReady Right to Reject/Terminate: SkillReady may reject an application or terminate the partnership at its discretion (including where MARA registration cannot be verified or lapses).
    Effect of Termination: Amounts accrued and properly due under this Agreement remain payable.

    7) Liability
    Each party is responsible for its own acts, omissions, advice, and representations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.


    8) General
    Governing Law: Queensland, Australia.
    Entire Agreement: This page and your declarations on Page 3 form the entire agreement unless varied in writing.
    Priority: In any conflict between marketing material and this Agreement, this Agreement prevails.
