We had another cracking year for our 2025 show, being our 124th Show. In 2026 we will be commemorating our 125th Show Anniversary!

Would you like to be part of the action for 2026?!

Please complete the below information and we will be in touch. Please note returning stallholders who had a positive impact on our 2024 & 2025 experience will receive first preference, but where they do not register by their deadline, we will open to 'next in line' vendors who have expressed an interest and are inline with our vision.

Please include a photo of your stall setup and a link to your product page.

Food vendors will be selected based on cuisine, size of stall/van and pricing of menus. Please include a photo of your menu. (not multiple photos of your dishes, just 1 photo or PDF showing your menu items and prices).

Vendors will be required to wait until after the close of the show, and for patrons to have left before vehicles can enter and stallholders packdown and depart.

There cannot be any early departures - NO EXCEPTIONS. If this is not feasible for your situation, you may like to consider other markets and not an Ag Show full day committment.

If we can arrange a 'talk tent' featuring gardening tips, cooking demonstrations, or hobby craft demonstrations, skin care routines etc. Is your craft something that could be workshopped for our patrons, or informative talk on 'how-to'? If so, would you be interested in discussing what you could do in this space?

Vendors are generally required to attend both Friday and Saturday, with the exception of homeware and garden stalls who are welcome to nominate Saturday only. Are you a garden/homeware stall looking for Saturday only?

What size stall would you require? (BYO all requirements INCLUDING WEIGHTS FOR MARQUEES). Please select 1x stall/size option and 1x power (or no power)(costs will be applicable)

Special Considerations

FOOD Vendors: Due to our sponsorship arrangements with Healthway, we must provide healthy food and drink options and no display of sugary drinks.

Do you have all of your relevant business documentation ready to go and valid through to and including the 12th April 2026?

If your documentation does not carry you through, please indicate when you are due to renew.

FOOD VENDORS: Do you already have a City of Kalamunda food permit?

We will also be showcasing our vendors on our Facebook and Instagram pages, so please keep this in mind and have your logo and promotional information ready to send us so that we can promote your attendance at the Show.

We also ask that, should you be confirmed attending, you share our social media posts to help with community engagement.

Vendors who are able to offer workshop/demonstration will be given priority to Saturday's placements.

Should we ask you to refrain from selling a particular type of product, please understand that this is so that we have less crossover in stalls and lend itself toward a better ouctome for all of our stallholders.

Please note you will need to accept our Terms and Conditions to be able to trade at our 2026 show which will be provided at registration.

Please note this is not an application, but an EOI. After providing the basic information therein, if you are then invited to apply, you will need to do so through the Manageevents platform (We will send you an application link). This platform will require you to subscribe to be a stallholder (and will enable you to apply for other events within the system). As this is a new system we have negotiated 50% subscription discount and a subscription extension to 18months. If you are a regular stall business this is worthwhile doing. Kelmscott Ag Show is in the system and you might like to apply for their show at the same time. (Subscription fee will be $24.50 for 18 months and more events will be joining asap. This is NOT our fee, this is the platform fee. Our stall fees will be as above.) Please do not submit this EOI if you are not prepared to register to this management system.
