If you are booking onto one of the Mother's day courses please indicate in the box below whether you wish to have gold stainless steel or silver stainless steel and whether you want to create a necklace or bracelet. If you could also indicate the colour of flower you would like. The options are: pink, hot pink, baby pink, white, red, purple, yellow, gray, green, turquoise blue, light blue or dark blue. This helps me plan the resources so I can make sure everyone gets what they want.
If you are booking onto one of the Charm Bracelet courses please indicate if you are making a flower bracelet or heart charms and whether you prefer gold stainless steel chain or silver stainless steel chain.

Terms and conditions

Workshops are not suitable for participants under 7 years of age due to the nature of the materials used. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. If Clare Slatter Design (CSD) Cancels the workshop for any reason, a full refund of the deposit will be given. If the attendee cancels the booking for any reason, no refund of the deposit will given. This is because CSD has to cover the cost of room hire and purchase of materials. Payment of the deposit in full must be made to secure a place. Full balance must be paid by the day of the workshop either by cash or bank transfer. Maximum of 12 attendees per session. Food allergies/ disabilities or any other specific requirements must be specified in the comments section below. Your personal details such as name and email address may be retained in line with GDPR regulations. Your data may be used for future marketing purposes. If you are happy to opt in for emails about new workshops/ product launches, please opt in below. You will receive a booking confirmation email from CSD once you have paid your deposit. BOOKING PRICES BELOW ARE DEPOSITS ONLY NOT THE FULL COST OF THE SESSION.
