    NOMINATION FORM

  • Honouring Legacy. Inspiring Our Hockey Community.

For many years, the Adam Myers U13 Memorial Tournament was a cherished tradition within Leduc Minor Hockey—uniting players, families, and neighbours in the spirit of competition, remembrance, and sportsmanship. The tournament honoured Adam’s memory and built a legacy our community will always carry forward.

That legacy now continues as the LMHA Memorial Classic U13 Tournament. Each year, the Memorial Tournament Series will honour an individual (or individuals) who has left a lasting impact on our hockey community. Through an open nomination process, these stories will be gathered, shared, and celebrated in the official tournament program, at the event, and across LMHA channels.

The LMHA Memorial Classic stands for respect, remembrance, and community connection, while supporting a greater cause. A portion of the proceeds is donated to the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation.
