Warley Home Service – Customer Agreement
1. Booking & Deposits
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
This deposit will be credited towards your total cleaning cost.
2. Payments
The remaining balance must be paid immediately after your clean.
Payments are accepted by Stripe online checkout or bank transfer.
Cash payments to cleaners are strictly not allowed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.
With 48 hours’ notice or more, deposits can be transferred to a new date.
4. Services
Our cleaners will carry out the cleaning service agreed at the time of booking.
Clients must provide access to the property.
5. Cleaning Products & Equipment
Warley Home Services will supply standard cleaning products (multi-surface cleaner, bathroom cleaner, glass cleaner, cloths, etc.).
Clients must provide the equipment, including but not limited to:
A working vacuum cleaner (with charged battery/spare bags if applicable)
Mop and bucket
Any other large or specialist equipment required for your property
Using your own equipment reduces the risk of cross-contamination between homes and ensures suitability for your flooring and surfaces.
If you need Warley Home Services to supply equipment (vacuum, mop & bucket, etc.), this must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.
6. Cleaner Identification
All Warley Home Services cleaners have a digital ID card and a unique Cleaner ID Number.
When you make a booking, you will be sent the Cleaner ID Number of the cleaner assigned to your appointment.
When the cleaner arrives, you may ask them to show you their digital ID card and confirm their ID Number to verify that they are officially from Warley Home Services.
This ensures your safety and security and gives you confidence that you’re dealing with an approved, vetted cleaner.
7. Liability
Cleaners are self-employed, insured, and vetted.
Warley Home Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not declared fragile/sensitive.
6. Referrals
All referrals, repeat bookings, or ongoing cleaning arrangements must go through Warley Home Services.
Cleaners are not permitted to accept private work directly from our clients.
By booking a service, you agree not to directly employ, contract, or engage any cleaner introduced to you by Warley Home Services for a period of 24 months after your last booking.
If a client breaches this clause, an introduction fee of £1,000 per cleaner will be payable immediately to Warley Home Services.
This fee represents the average profit we would lose over 24 months and acts as a deterrent to protect both our cleaners and our agency model, ensuring fairness and continuity of service.
7. Complaints
Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the clean so we can resolve them promptly.
