Application Instructions

Before beginning your application, please review the following documents: Call for Art Guidelines and FAQ. [link to each]

By submitting this application, you will be agreeing to the Artist Agreement. Read it carefully and if you have questions, email bmhfoundation@bmhsc.org before submitting your application.

This form does NOT allow you to save your application mid-process and return to it later, so please be sure to prepare your materials in advance and complete your application in one sitting.

Only one application is permitted per artist. If you would like to submit multiple (up to three) artworks, you must do so within your single application.

Artists in a position to do so may opt to waive all or a portion of the $300 licensing fee per Selected Artwork, as a tax-deductible, in-kind donation to Beaufort Memorial Foundation.
