I am available Oct 24-25 for auditions except when noted above. I understand that I must provide transportation to/from Green Hill High School for my audition
I will pay the $10 Audition Registration Fee. (Checks made Payable to SCHS Choirs or pay online at StewartsCreekChoirs.com under the "Pay Fees" tab)
If I earn a spot in the All-County Choirs, I will attend the event on November 3-4. I understand there will be additional fees to participate (approx. $20 total), which will include transportation and meals.
If I earn a spot in the Mid-State/Freshmen Honor Choirs, I will attend All County on November 3-4 and the Mid-State Events on November 17-18/Freshmen Honor Choir on Jan 22 (or snow date of January 29). I understand there will be additional fees to participate (approx. $55 total), which will include transportation and meals.
If I earn a spot in the All-State Choirs (grades 10-12 only), I will attend All County on November November 3-4, Mid-State on Nov 17-18, the 2nd Tier Auditions on January 24, and the All-State Conference on April 9-11. I understand there will be additional fees to participate (approx. $230 total), which will include transportation, Hotel, and meals.
If I make these events but do not attend, it will count as a missed performance for my SCHS Choir Class Grade. I understand that if I do not attend All-County I forfeit my place in Mid-State and All-State; if I do not attend Mid-State I forfeit my place in All-State. I understand that if I do not attend these events I am keeping another deserving student who placed lower than I from attending, so I am committed to attending all these events if I am fortunate enough to make them!
