ALL INFORMATION BEING SUBMITTED WILL BE VERIFIED, ANY FALSE OR MISSING INFORMATION WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID AND PERMIT'S WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN THE TIME REQUIREMENT. ONCE PERMITS ARE ISSUED NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED.

PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY, OR PURCHASE YOUR PERMIT AT ONE OF OUR VENDORS:

The Edge Hotel, Kovach Repair, Brantingham Station, Timberview, Flat Rock Inn, Osceola Hotel, Groff's Towing, Waite Motorsports, or Lewis County Recreation, Forestry & Parks.
Please do not submit your credit card information twice unless you have verified with your financial institution that the previous transaction did not go through. Processing your payment multiple times could result in duplicate payments. If you are charged multiple times the processing fees will not be refunded.
