Booth Selection - Choose your category and preferred booth from the available inventory. Payment - Your booth reservation is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed via our secure Stripe gateway. Agreement - Your digital signature serves as a binding contract and confirms you have read our vendor terms and conditions.
  • Booth Selection & Pricing

    Single Booth (10' x 5') : $430 + 13% HST ($55.90) = $485.90 Double Booth (20' x 5'): $860 + 13% HST ($111.80) = $971.80 Note: All booths are slightly larger than the standard 10'x5' dimension. To book a double booth, simply select two adjacent spaces highlighted with the same colour. Both spaces must be booked together in one transaction.

    To ensure a diverse and engaging experience for attendees, vendors are strategically placed based on category. You must select the category that most accurately represents your primary merchandise. Important: Selecting an inaccurate category is strictly prohibited and may result in booth relocation or cancellation without a refund.
