Clubs will have until Wednesday at 5:00 PM of the week following a rainout to submit rescheduling requests for affected games. Prior to submission, both teams must agree on the new details.

If no agreement is submitted by the deadline, or if the league cannot accommodate the request, STXCL will automatically reschedule the game within 48 hours. Automatic rescheduling will be based on field and referee availability and will be set for dates when neither team is already scheduled to play, beginning the following week. Once a game is rescheduled—whether by club request or by automatic scheduling—any further changes must follow the standard game change request protocol. The requesting club will be responsible for the applicable rescheduling fee, as outlined in the fee structure on the League’s website.

Instructions for Requesting a Game Change

1.Club-to-Club Coordination
Clubs must first communicate and reach an agreement before submitting a request. The Fields Matrix should be reviewed for tentative availability as part of this process.
Note: The Fields Matrix is only an indicator, not a guarantee, as certain factors may prevent use of an otherwise “open” slot.

2.Form Submission
Once an agreement is reached, one club only (not both) should complete the form to request the new date, time, and location.

3.League Review
STXCL will review and approve requests only if logistically feasible. This includes field availability, referee assignments, AT availability (if applicable), and overall scheduling viability. If the requested date/time/location cannot be accommodated, STXCL will notify the clubs and may suggest alternatives. If no feasible agreement can be reached, STXCL reserves the right to reschedule the game based on field and referee availability, with the only mandatory condition being that teams do not play more than once on the same day.
