THIS REGISTRATION FORM IS ONLY FOR UMASS FACULTY AND STAFF PAYING WITH A UMASS ONE CARD OR A UMASS PURCHASE ORDER ("PO"). If you are not paying with a UMass One Card or a UMass Purchase Order please make an account using the Create Account button on our Home Page.
Please be patient once you have completed the registration form. We will review and setup your account in our system. If we have any questions we will contact you. Once we've setup your account in you will receive an email from us instructing you to reset your password. You will then have access to our UMass online ordering site, which will provide you with discounted pricing and ensure your purchases are tax exempt.
