CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS

• Already know what you want? Fill out our custom order request form HERE!
• Once your request has been approved, Email OR Text our customer service line with your name, order number, design, and any additional information you want to add.

• Once we start working on your order, a draft/mockup will be provided before production begins. The design has to be approved within 48 hours or we may have to cancel the order due to the volume of orders.
• Once the design is approved, you must pay the deposit before we start the production of your order.
• You will receive a notification on when your product is ready to be picked-up / shipped out!
If you are providing your own design, it is your responsibility to make sure design and/or text are accurate. We are not responsible for mistakes that the customer had provided us.

** IMPORTANT: Please note that an invoice will be sent for your custom order. A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production (this will go toward your total balance) Once 888angelzzz received your 60% non refundable deposit, we will start with the production of the product. When the product is completed, you will receive another invoice with the remaining 40% non refundable balance. This must be paid before your order is shipped or picked up. Once full payment is received, we’ll ship your custom order or you will recieving a booking link to pick up your order. Customers have 7 days from when product is completed to pay the 40% retainer due to lack of storage in our warehouse. **

CHARGES & EXTRA FEES
After your draft/mockup has been approved and production has started, any changes you ask for after that will come with a $3 fee per change that must be paid within 12 hours. If the fee is not paid, your order will continue to be processed on the original approved design.
Some changes might not be possible depending on what we have in stock or how far along we are in making your order - but we’ll always do our best to let you know!
If you need an order by a certain date and is considered a "rush" order, a $5 rush fee will be applied that needs to be paid within 12 hours. If the fee is not paid, your order may not be shipped out or be eligible for pickup on desired date requested / needed.

SHIPPING AND PICK-UP
Customers will be notified once their order is completed and ready to be shipped or picked-up. Please note that all remaining balances must be paid in full before your order can be released.
If there are outstanding balances that is not received within 12 hours of us sending out the completion notification, your order will not be shipped out or be eligible for pick-up. If you need extra time, please email or text our customer service team. We’ll do our best to accommodate an alternate pickup or delivery day.
If you select shipping at checkout, shipping fees will apply. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $80. If you select pick-up at checkout, you will be sent a link to book a date and time to pick-up your order.
• Shipping: Orders ship once the remaining balance is received (if applicable)
• Pickup Option: Customers may choose free pickup in Richmond Hill, Ontario to avoid shipping fees. Pickup requires booking a date and time slot. Please see our Pickup Policy for full details.
