Booking Your Pick-up
A link to schedule your pick-up date and time will be sent once your order is complete. Pickups without an appointment will not be accepted and will result in automatic cancellation.
Rescheduling and Fees
We understand things happen. Reschedules made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled pickup will incur a non refundable $3 rescheduling fee. A maximum of 2 rebookings allowed before an automatic cancellation. This fee covers both the inconvenience of other customers waiting for available time slots and my time reserved for your original time slot. The fee is due at the time of rescheduling. Failure to pay will result in your newly scheduled date and time being automatically canceled. Fees will also be in place if you do not bring what's required to pickup your order and requires rescheduling.
Order Pick-up Window
All orders that are ready for pick-up must be booked within 2 weeks (14 days) of order completion due to limited warehouse space. Customers are given a 15 minute grace period from scheduled time. Anytime after that requires rescheduling your appointment. If you need additional time, please contact us where we’ll do our best to accommodate an alternate pickup or delivery day.
What to bring when you pick-up your order
When picking up your order, please bring your confirmation email and a valid photo ID. If someone else will be picking up your order on your behalf, please inform us of their name in advance. They must present your order number or confirmation email along with a valid photo ID. Failure to provide any of the above will result in automatic cancellation of the pickup. These measures are in place to ensure your order is released to the correct person.
