We value your time and ours. Your appointment is reserved just for you. Last-minute changes and no-shows leave us unable to fill those spots. These policies ensure fairness and protect the time set aside for your service.
POLICIES APPLY TO ALL SERVICES
I understand that this is a summary of policies and that these policies apply to all services, not only to the services that I will be receiving today.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and brows. Plan to come 5–15 minutes early to allow time for parking, restroom, or prep. If you’re early, feel free to wait in the lounge.
TARDINESS POLICY
Appointments begin at your scheduled time and will not be extended if you are late, as we work back-to-back with other clients and need the entire appointment to do the best work.
To avoid unfair delays to our clients; if you are late and we decide we cannot take you because there isn't enough time to achieve the best results with the remaining time that is left for your appointment. Then your deposit will be forfeited and will have to reschedule to another day with a new deposit. This time could have been used for another client, so we kindly ask that you respect our time as we respect yours.
If you are running late, please call or text us at 305-929-3719 as soon as possible to avoid additional fees.
APPOINTMENTS
Goodie Beauty understands things happen unexpectedly, but your appointment is very important to us, it is reserved only for YOU. As a courtesy, appointment confirmations are sent out the day your appointment is booked, a 72 hour, 24 hour and 2 hour reminder via text, email or both. At Goodie Beauty, we respectfully ask you to give a 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Your appointment is reserved especially for you, so we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for changes. A valid card on file and a deposit are required to secure every appointment and applies toward your balance the day of service.
Deposits are refundable or transferable only with at least 24hrs in advance from your appointment start time. After the 24hr mark, deposits are strictly nonrefundable.Cancellations or reschedules under 24 hours result in a forfeited deposit.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
No-shows, canceling/rescheduling after your appointment start time, or running 15+ minutes late without giving us any notice results in a 100% fee (deposit forfeited & remaining balance charged to your card on file).
Please note, if you contact us AFTER your appointment start time and cancel/reschedule, you will still be charged the remaining balance for the no show fee because now you are taking 2 appointment slots instead of one. There are no waived fees for no-shows even after the first time.
Same-day deposits for bookings (under 24 hours) are nonrefundable or nontransferable. If you’re unsure about which service to book, contact us at least 48 hours in advance for a consultation to discuss which service is best for you.
If you cancel/reschedule under 24hrs, your deposit will be forfeited. If a deposit is transferred to another date, the deposit becomes nonrefundable and the same policies as above apply.
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
+ If you, or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of the staffs' household and other clients PLEASE DO NOT come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again.
TALKING DURING SERVICES
We kindly ask that there should be no talking while applying lash extensions or during a lash lift service. Talking moves the pads which can cause rubbing in the eye that can lead to bruised and sore eyes. Talking can also cause eyes to open slightly which causes chemical burns. It also slows down the lash extension application process. Feel free to bring some headphones or take a lash nap.
CHILDREN
For safety reasons, children are not allowed at appointments. Our studio has sharp tools and products that are not safe for little ones, and many services require your eyes to stay closed for long periods of time. Since the space is not child-proof, we cannot be responsible for their safety.
If a child is brought to your appointment, we may need to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the studio a safe and relaxing space for everyone.
PERMISSION TO USE PICTURES
I consent to let Goodie Beauty take, publish and reproduce photos of me, my face, my eyes and/or eyelashes/eyebrows, both before and after the procedure, for any marketing/advertising, social media, education, or other purposes whatsoever, including the right to retouch these photographs as deemed necessary. I further expressly assign any copyright in these photographs. I also grant consent to use my images and likeness as contained in these photographs.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. You are paying for artist time, expertise, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any reason on any and all transactions.
72 HOUR GRACE PERIOD
If you are dissatisfied with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your lash or brow appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns. After 72 hours, results are no longer fresh and we are no longer able to see what the issue could have been from. If it's past 72 hours, full cost of service will apply. Please make sure you contact us within 72 hours.
Lash Extensions: It will be done so with a complimentary 30-minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are final sale, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable to other persons. They may be used toward services or products but not other gift certificates. Please treat them like cash — we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged certificates, or used without authorization..
Please present your Goodie Beauty gift certificate upon checkout and your sale will be deducted from your balance. All remaining balances must remain on your gift certificate; cannot be redeemed for cash. Service prices are subject to change
To provide maximum protection to your credit card account, and to allow time for your order to process, our gift certificates become active and may be redeemed 48 hours after purchase. Please call 305-929-3719 for assistance with your Goodie Beauty gift certificate.
PAYMENT METHODS
Our preferred payment methods are Venmo, Zelle, or cash. We also accept cards and Apple Pay for your convenience. Please note we do not accept checks or money orders. Tips are always appreciated and a wonderful way to show love for your artist’s time and work.
