A few important notes before you begin:

If you submit your request on or before the 1st of the month, your unenrollment will take effect immediately.

If you submit your request after the 1st of the month, you may continue attending classes through the end of that month. Your unenrollment will then take effect on the last day of the month.

Tuition for the current month is non-refundable once the month has begun.

This form should take only a few minutes to complete. Once submitted, our team will review your request and confirm your unenrollment by email.
