SIFC 26 Booking Request Form for Short Stays at Sancta Sophia College

Guests of the Sydney International Fencing Camp (Saturday 3 January 2026 to Sunday 11 January 2026) are invited to use this form to make a booking request for accommodation at Sancta Sophia College.

Under 18 years: Please note that guests under the age of 18 wishing to stay at Sancta must stay and make a booking with their parent. If you are making a booking for any underage guests, please contact conference@sancta.edu.au directly instead of using this form.

Room type: Our only available room type is a Single Ensuite Room within our Graduate House. This room type has a king single bed and sleeps 1 guest only. We do not offer any roll away beds for additional guests.

Payment options: Once your booking request is submitted and accepted, we will be in touch with an invoice to confirm your booking. Payment of the invoice is via direct deposit or via credit card over the phone. All bookings must be paid for in advance of your stay.

Booking conditions:
- Parking is not available.
- Bookings are payable in advance to confirm the reservation.
- Refunds are not available for cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date.
- A full refund will be made for all cancellations made in writing at least 7 days prior to check-in.
- Sancta Sophia College cannot provide full or partial refunds should a guest need to depart the College for any period during their stay.
- Free Wi-Fi is included.
- No meals are included. Shared kitchens are available.
- Linen is included.
- Self-service laundries ($3 per wash and $3 per dry) are available.
- Rooms are cleaned on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for all casual guests. Clean towels will be provided on these days. For guests staying more than 5 days, linen will be changed once a week.
