Website
The Website Committee oversees the digital presence and online strategy of the organization through several core responsibilities: content strategy and management, user experience and design oversight, digital marketing and communications, member portal and services, technology and security governance, and analytics and performance monitoring.
Conference
The Conference Committee manages one of the organization's most visible and impactful activities through several key responsibilities: strategic planning and program development, speaker selection and content curation, venue selection and logistics coordination, budget development and financial oversight, sponsorship and partnership development, marketing and promotion strategy, member engagement and networking, and post-event evaluation and improvement.
Scholarship
The Scholarship Committee administers educational financial assistance programs that support the association's mission and industry development through several key responsibilities: program design and structure, funding strategy and sustainability, academic institution relationships, recognition and promotion, policy development and compliance, impact assessment and reporting, and donor relations and stewardship.
Golf
The Golf Committee organizes and manages golf-related events that serve as important networking, fundraising, and relationship-building opportunities through tournament planning and execution, course selection and venue management, registration and participant management, sponsorship development and management, prize and award coordination, budget management and financial oversight, rules and format determination, marketing and promotion and association member engagement and retention.
Grow Outs
The TSTA Grow Out Committee manages field testing and evaluation programs that are essential for seed quality assurance and industry standards through several specialized responsibilities: growout program design and management, site selection and coordination, cost management and budget oversight, and regulatory coordination, compliance and documentation.

Visionary
The Visionary Committee focuses on long-term strategic thinking and future-oriented planning to ensure the organization remains relevant and impactful through several key responsibilities: strategic foresight and trend analysis, vision development and refinement, innovation and new program development, technology integration strategy, membership evolution planning, industry transformation assessment, organizational capability assessment, and partnership and alliance strategy.
