Although the safety of all physical activities is the primary concern, I expressly assume the risk of injury, death, and/or illness arising from any cause, and agree to waive the right to pursue any claim against E3 Training Ltd, Camp Quality, and the persons in charge.
E3 Training Ltd and Camp Quality accept no responsibility for your belongings or wellbeing during this event. If you feel unwell or sustain an injury, it is your responsibility to seek medical treatment or advice. A first aid kit and ice packs will be available on site, but please bring and manage any personal medication you may require and inform your peers of its location.
Participants are asked to respect the premises of E3 Training Ltd and surrounding businesses. Any damage caused by you or your team to property, equipment, or others’ belongings will be your financial responsibility, and your information may be shared with the appropriate authorities if required.
