Zainab (a) Sunday School registration will be done online Insha-Allah. Below you will find the general information for the school year and registration.
--- How to Fill Out This Form ---
1. Read and fill out the information on each page. Add all your kids in one form and submit once per family.
2. At the bottom of each page, you will see Next/Previous buttons that you can use to move to a different page.
3. At the end of the form, make sure to click Submit to record your registration. You should see a submission confirmation.
4. Items are marked with a red star (*) must be filled out or you will not be able to submit the form.

1st Child: $100
2nd Child+: $50 for each child
Max Fee: $200
Please note that filling out the online registration is the first step in enrollment. All enrollments will be finalized with payments and any sign up sheets required.
