Please read and inital all below statements:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am renting a jumper from Party Pros Bay Area, LLC. I understand and agree that:
I am responsible for supervising children and ensuring safe use of the jumper.
Injuries may occur due to fails, collisions, or misuse.
I release Party Pros Bay Area, LLC, it's owners, and employees from any liability related to injury or property damage during the rental period.
The jumper will be used only as intended, following posted safety instructions.
I assume responsibility for any damage to the equipment while in my care.
If weather conditions (including rain or winds exceeding 15 mph) make it unsafe to set up or use the equipment, Party Pros Bay Area, LLC reserves the right to cancel. In such cases, you may reschedule your rental or receive a credit toward a future booking. *No refunds*
