Assumption of Risk - The property includes uneven ground, natural obstacles, insects, bees, and other inherent outdoor risks.

- I am responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safety at all times.

- Climbing trees, ladders, or equipment is at my own risk.

Liability Release

- I release and hold harmless Sweetwater Farms, its owners, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, loss, or damage that may arise from my visit, including but not limited to accidents, falls, allergic reactions, or interactions with animals/insects.

Personal Responsibility - I agree to follow all posted signs and instructions.

- I understand that I am responsible for my own actions and the actions of any minors in my care.

- I accept full financial responsibility for any damage caused by my negligence.
