• Goods remain the property of Abbey Stoves until paid in full (Retention of Title).
• Risk passes on delivery.
• Returns/refunds subject to prior approval and restocking fees.
• Payment due strictly within the agreed credit period (e.g. 30 days).
• A 2.5% discount will be applied if invoices are paid in full within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.
• Interest charged on overdue accounts (e.g. 8% above base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act).
• Abbey Stoves reserves the right to change or withdraw credit terms at any time.

I/We hereby authorise Abbey Stoves to carry out credit reference checks using the information provided above. I/We confirm that the information supplied is accurate and complete.

I/We understand that completion of this application does not guarantee the granting of credit facilities. Abbey Bridge Stoves will review this application, conduct the necessary checks, and notify us in writing of the outcome, including any credit limit and payment terms applied to our account.
