• Southsea Food Festival 2026: Application Form for Market Traders

  • Thank you for your interest in applying to trade as a Market Trader at Southsea Food Festival 2026.

    PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of this event, only food related market stalls will be considered. If you're unsure and would like to check whether your stall is suitable, please email concessions@victoriousevents.co.uk before submitting an application. For example, we shall not be offering pitches to clothing or jewellery stalls.

    You must read the 'Market Trader Pack' BEFORE completing this application form - this is available to download on the next slide. 

    If your application is successful you will be notified by email and an invoice will be issued - full payment (inc. electricity & any other charges) by bank transfer to Portsmouth City Council (details TBC) will then be due. The pitch offer is not guaranteed until your payment has been received. You must pay upon receipt of invoice otherwise the pitch will be offered to another trader.

    PRICE

    Pitch fees for two days trading. Reduced fees offered to Portsmouth City Council registered businesses (PO1, PO2, PO3, PO4, PO5, PO6 postcodes only)

    You must trade both days.  
     
    Trading prices are available upon successful application.
     
    NB: Requested pitch size must be big enough to include back of house space, tow bars, menus etc. Maximum depth permitted is 3 meters.

  • Power Supply

    A 32A power supply is available to purchase for the weekend.  If you bring more than 32A (7200w) for your stall, prior permission is needed. There will be an extra charge for this which will be calculated in advance by our electricians using information supplued by you.

  • It is essential that the Application Checklist is fully completed with the submission of this online application form. If any documentation is missing from your application then it will not be considered.

    N.B: Your application cannot be assessed until these documents are received.

    Full payment (inc. electricity & any other charges) by bank transfer to PCC is due upon confirmation of your application's success. Your pitch offer is not guaranteed until this payment has been received. You will have a maximum of 7 days after receiving your invoice to pay your fee's.
