    We are passionate about supporting and blessing churches and ministries through our teams and so we are looking for partners who:

    • Have an existing ministry and a vision for partnership.
    • Share our passion for the gospel and disciple making.
    • Will care for the team's food and accommodation needs.
    • Can find great opportunities for a group to support your ministry.

    Before filling in this form to request to host an Exodus team next summer please:

    Once we confirm the partnership we will:

    • Appoint a devoted Exodus staff member as a key link to guide you
    • Train and support the leaders of the team to lead a dynamic programme
    • Provide Gospel-centred children's club materials and youth programmes
    • Fervently pray for your ministry and resource our supporters to join with us.

    This is your hope or idea - we will develop it together in the months ahead.

  • Most teams are 6-12 (including leaders)
     -Teams to Ireland are often 8 to enable easier transport.

  • How Many Teams would you like?*
  • What is the maximum size a single group could be, including 2-3 leaders? (Exodus tends to limit groups to 12 to help the discipleship of members. Think about any restrictions you might have linked to accommodation or pace.)*

  • Teams members are mostly young Christians aged 15-18. However, we are also looking for hosts who can offer opportunities for young people not yet following Jesus, but who are exploring faith.

  • Which of the statements describe the groups you would be open to or need? Choose as many as are applicable.*
  • What would the main ministry or service opportunities be for the group? (These should support or extend your existing ministry. Teams will prepare but will need the host to make arrangements and give support).*

  • Dates

  • Which of these windows would suit you to host? (Teams would arrive with you after lunch and have completed a 2 night launch with other groups.)*

  • Transport

    Team transport should be safe and efficient. Every team member should have a seat and a seatbelt and drivers should be qualified, insured and experienced.
  • Do travellers from the UK or Ireland need a visa, ESTA or equivalent?*
  • Will you require a team leader or team member to help drive the team? (This needs to be communicated to Exodus upfront so we can ensure adequate insurance is in place)*

  • Practicalities

  • Team members should have safe, clean accommodation with suitable toilet and washing facilities.

    • Males and Females should have separate rooms
      • Where possible, leaders should have a seperate room
    • The team will need space (indoor or outdoor for a daily team meeting of about 90 minutes).
    • They can stay in a church hall or with families who are well known to the host.
    • Food should be provided and the team can help with cleaning up.

     

    Please note ** there are a couple of extra steps needed to approve host families.

    - Every adult in the host accommodation will need to be vetted/police checked

    - Every host family will need to be recommended by the ministry leader

  • The budget per person is set by Exodus CEE.

  • Each Exodus Team to the UK & Ireland will raise approximately £60 (€66) per person to send to the partner host as a contribution toward food, accommodation & ministry costs

  • Exodus will send:

    • €20 per person per night as a contribution toward food, accommodation & transport.
    • €150 per team towards ministry materials.
    • €100 per team towards evangelistic events.
