For Churches and Ministries hoping to host an Exodus Team

We are passionate about supporting and blessing churches and ministries through our teams and so we are looking for partners who:
- Have an existing ministry and a vision for partnership.
- Share our passion for the gospel and disciple making.
- Will care for the team's food and accommodation needs.
- Can find great opportunities for a group to support your ministry.
Before filling in this form to request to host an Exodus team next summer please:

- Think through some key aspects involved in hosting
  - Dates
  - Activities a team might do
  - Practicalities of food, accommodation and transport.
Once we confirm the partnership we will:
- Appoint a devoted Exodus staff member as a key link to guide you
- Train and support the leaders of the team to lead a dynamic programme
- Provide Gospel-centred children's club materials and youth programmes
- Fervently pray for your ministry and resource our supporters to join with us.

Teams run 10-14 days. It is helpful if you can be clear on when you prefer but also indicate any flexibility

Transport

Team transport should be safe and efficient. Every team member should have a seat and a seatbelt and drivers should be qualified, insured and experienced.

Practicalities
Team members should have safe, clean accommodation with suitable toilet and washing facilities.
- Males and Females should have separate rooms
- The team will need space (indoor or outdoor for a daily team meeting of about 90 minutes).
- They can stay in a church hall or with families who are well known to the host.
- Food should be provided and the team can help with cleaning up.

Finance
The budget per person is set by Exodus CEE.

Each Exodus Team to the UK & Ireland will raise approximately £60 (€66) per person to send to the partner host as a contribution toward food, accommodation & ministry costs
