All equipment remains the property of Abbey Bridge Cherry Picker Hire
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition (fair wear & tear excepted) as per the Terms & Conditions you’ll sign on site
• Damage, loss, or theft while on hire is the responsibility of the hirer as per the Terms & Conditions you’ll sign on site
• Payment strictly within the agreed credit period (e.g. 30 days).
• A 2.5% discount will be applied if invoices are paid in full within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.                                                                                                                                                        
• Interest charged on overdue accounts (e.g. 8% above base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act).
• Abbey Bridge Cherry Picker Hire reserves the right to change or withdraw credit terms at any time.

I/We hereby authorise Abbey Bridge Cherry Picker Hire to carry out credit reference checks using the information provided above. I/We confirm that the information supplied is accurate and complete.

I/We understand that completion of this application does not guarantee the granting of credit facilities. Abbey Bridge Stoves will review this application, conduct the necessary checks, and notify us in writing of the outcome, including any credit limit and payment terms applied to our account.
