(Exhibitions are $5 each and sold in hourly time slots) Please come to show office to pay (cash only at office) and pick up your tickets 45 second time limit per exhibition - if you think you need more time, buy extra tickets Check in with the gate personnel with 15 minutes of hour start, e.g. 5:15 for 5:00 - 6:00 Hour Give gate personnel any special requests - split your exhibitions, back to back exhibitions, etc. If you check in late and we cannot get you in that hour, you forfeit your exhibition. We only sell 50 tickets an hour - once they are gone, we are done for that time slot.
If you reserve exhibitions and do not take them or let us know at least two hours ahead of time so we can release them to someone else, you will still be responsible to pay for them and we will not hold exhibitions for you in the future. We only sell 50 an hour and often have many people who cannot get exhibitions so it's not fair to another rider if you decide you do not want to use them. Please be considerate of others.
