Call for Abstracts - TechNet Transatlantic 2025

The first round for selections closed on 26 October 2025.

If you submitted by then, selections will be made on 29 October and submitters will be notified of the decision by 31 October.

Those submissions received after 26 October will be reviewed on a rolling basis. If you are selected, you will be notified ASAP. You may also be considered for the alternate list in case a speaker needs to cancel.

Only speakers who will attend in person will be considered for a speaking role.

To submit, select your first and second choice of sessions for which you would like to be considered and fill in the rest of the form.

Please keep in mind that thought-provoking and even controversial abstracts will be favored, as will abstracts whose topics explore and dive into NATO and international collaborations. (Sales or marketing pitches can be considered in the form of an industry demo. To submit for a demo, use this form and write "demo" in the comment box at the bottom of the form.)

Replying to the problem statement from U-A A6: Despite intel reports and subsequent planning assumptions that the US and its partners will likely operate in a Denied, Disrupted, Intermittent and Limited (DDIL) environment if we go kinetic against our near peers, the Department of Air Force (DAF) doubled down on investments in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (IC4ISR) capabilities and networking technology. What **non-technical** and low/no cost Continuous Operations (CONOPS) does industry propose to efficiently and effectively conduct operations in a DDIL environment? Instead of using a new technology, what is something we could use that we already have in new ways?Use of quantum encryption to potentially remove the requirements for hardware TACLAN devices providing Type 1 encryption - Y2Q, or the realisation of wide spread quantum computing is quickly approaching. Most military organisations currently rely on physical bulk (type-1) encryptors. These devices will quickly become obsolete as Y2Q is realised. What solutions exist in industry to facilitate secure communication post Y2Q and how do these solutions pivot away from reliance on physical devices to make them more available and more seamlessly facilitate emergent operations.Zero Trust enabling Data Centricity - European mission partner environments currently rely on separate federated networks with distinct logical and security boundaries. As all partners shift toward zero trust principles and strive towards a data centric sharing paradigm identity becomes a unique problem. Country A might have a trusted source of identity that is separate from Country Bs; this construct hinders zero trust alignment. What solutions, both technological and administrative, exist in industry to solve the problem of identity amongst peers who are developing distinct environments to share data and applications?
