Important Notice:
All marketing and communications initiatives on behalf of the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center (Case CCC) must be reviewed by Case CCC’s Marketing & Communications (MarComm) department, regardless of who completes the work. This step ensures brand consistency and helps us keep our consortium partners in the loop.
Our team is available to provide marketing and/or communication strategy, planning, and support for:
- Events (invitations, save date, audience identification, etc.)
- Research promotion
- Website content and updates (Case CCC website only)
- Copywriting and editing
- Communication planning (print and digital)
- Design (flyers, invitations, signage, etc.)
- Media relations and press outreach
- Newsletter articles
- Social media campaign
- Speeches
- Videos and photography
- Audience identification
- Impact measuring
Planning Timelines:
- Newsletter items must be received by noon on Wednesday of the same week you want the information published (the Case CCC newsletter is sent electronically on Friday mornings)
- Case CCC’s Member Directory is updated quarterly (website)
- Most requests are accommodated with at least 3 weeks’ notice.
- Large-scale initiatives (major events, webpage redesigns, videos, speeches, campaigns) require MarComm involvement when planning begins—6–8 months (or more) in advance.
To ensure we provide the highest level of support:
- Requests must include all required information outlined in this form. Incomplete submissions, missing details, or projects without a clearly defined communications need may be returned for additional information, delayed, or—when necessary—declined. If you aren’t sure what to include, please ask! We are happy to help.
- Remember: people reading your materials will ask themselves, “What’s in it for me?” Please be prepared to explain how your project benefits the audience.
- Every communication piece must include a clear call to action (e.g., register, donate, attend, learn more, sign up, schedule, share).
