      Thank you for registering to participate in this year’s Cultural Survival Bazaar in Boston, Massachusetts.

      This application will cover the following:

    • Lodging, Transportation & Bazaar Homestay Program 
    • In addition to your booth fee, there are additional costs that Cultural Survival does not cover (transportation, lodging, food, etc...). Cultural Survival does not provide transportation between your hotel/lodging and the event locations. 

      To factor in costs, please consider:

      Meals

      Eating out may cost about $30-60/day. 

      Transportation

      Before reserving a place to stay, please use maps.google.com or Rome2rio.com to determine travel time to and from the venue. Some hotels are very close via public transit, and others are not. Each subway trip costs $2.40 (it does not cost more if the trip requires transferring to another subway train).Taxis and Uber/Lyft cost anywhere from $10-35 per trip depending on where you are traveling from in Boston.

      Lodging

      The closest option is The Revolution Hotel just a four minute walk from the Cyclorama. The Revolution is about $130.00 USD per night. For more affordable options vendors are encouraged to look into hostels in Boston such as Hi Boston Hostel (also check this link and this link too)

    • Homestay Program

    • We will seek homestays upon artists’ request and need. Availability will depend on the number of registered hosts. We will notify you by November 10th, 2025 if we are able to secure a homestay or not.

    • If you answered yes to the question above, do you understand that homestay lodging is not guaranteed. Please be prepared to arrange and pay for lodging in the case you are without a homestay host.

      • Bazaar Agreements 
      • You will be emailed your vendor agreement form once payment has been received. Please return the completed vendor agreement form as soon as possible to bazaars@culturalsurvival.org


        Booth Payment Policy: Vendors will be charged the corresponding booth fee based on the date their payment is received.
