Last year, over 1500 people joined us for at the Holiday Mingle & Jingle.  Featuring The Polar Express on the big screen, free train rides, photos with Santa and more.  We are excited to add a Christmas Market featuring handmade goods by local artists.  Vendors will be chosen based on uniqueness that is not offered elsewhere.  The event is limited to 30 vendors who will be chosen for high quality workmanship and artistic ability.

Festival attendees will enjoy all things holiday -- one of a kind holiday gifts and decor, a movie under the night sky, train rides, food trucks, pop corn and hot cocoa.  This is sure to be a magical evening.

Family attending this event are encouraged to wear pajamas.  Let's make this a night to remember.  Fairy lights are required.  Pajamas are optional.

There will be a contest for the best holiday themed booth.  Three winners will be chosen and given free entry into one of our 2025 pop-up events.

A $50 vendor fee will include a 10' x 10' space.  Vendors are required to provide their own chairs, tables, and twinkle lights.  Should you require a space larger than 10' x 10' you will be charged accordingly.  Electricity will be provided.

NO GENERATORS WILL BE ALLOWED

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Mint Hill, Mint Hill Events, Inc. and Mint Hill Events, Inc. Board of Directors, their agents, volunteers, elected officials and employees from and against all losses, costs, damages, expense and liability caused by an accident or other occurrence in bodily injury, including death, sickness and disease to any persons, or damage or destruction of property, real or personal, arising directly or indirectly from operations, products or services rendered at the event.

Applicant agrees to waive, release and discharge the Town of Mint Hill, Mint Hill Events, Inc. and Mint Hill Events, Inc. Board of Directors, their agents, volunteers and elected officials and employees, of and from any and all claims, demands, costs, liability and causes of action whatsoever that may arise as a result of participation in event, including but not limited to, any claims, causes of action, liability, damages, demands and costs related to injury to any of the Applicant’s person or property.

Applicant grants Mint Hill Events, Inc. the unlimited right to use and/or reproduce photographs of applicant’s (and its members') participation in the evemt for the internal or external promotional and informational activities of Mint Hill Events, Inc. This waiver and release shall insure to the benefit of the Town of Mint Hill, Mint Hill Events, Inc., and the Mint Hill Events, Inc. Board of Directors, and shall bind Applicant along with its employees, heirs, legal representatives, assigns and successors in interest of the Applicant or any member thereof. Mint Hill Events, Inc. reserves the right to exclude or remove entries from the event for any reason.
