This form is designed for completion by the official Service Unit Camporee Chairperson to capture all girl, certified volunteer, and adult chaperone participants for one specific Camporee, as well as key planned activities. The Service Unit Camporee Chairperson should be in consistent contact with the Service Unit Manager while finalizing Camporee event plans. The form is requested and preferred 21 days prior to the first date of the Camporee event and is REQUIRED 14 days prior to the first date of the Camporee event. Failure to submit a completed form by the 14-day deadline, which allows staff time to follow all internal safety and risk management procedures, may result in the cancellation of the event without refund to the Service Unit.

Here's what you need to know about securing certified/trained adults:
Adults providing oversight, instruction, and safety for Girl Scouts who REQUIRE certifications include Lifeguard, First Aid/CPR (aka "first aider"), ServSafe Food Manager, and Archery instruction.
Verified Girl Scout training is REQUIRED for adults providing oversight, instruction, and safety for slingshots, hatchet throwing, canoeing, and water watching.
Select the camp site, add the *full names for the certified Troop Camp Trained (TCT) adult, certified First Aid/CPR adult, as well as all girls and additional adults assigned to the site.
NOTE: Adults are required to know and maintain the ratios during the Camporee event, in all locations.
