Holiday Hope is excited to open our Gift Room for gift selection for families of children birth through 12th grade. This year, Community Thread’s Holiday Hope program is offering one option for holiday support, and we’re grateful to be able to provide this opportunity to those who need it.
Please review the following guidelines before completing the online registration form.
You qualify to register for the Holiday Hope Program if you meet ALL the following criteria:
1. Experiencing a financial hardship.
2. Qualifying children must be ages birth through grade 12.
3. You must live within the Stillwater Area School District. Please click here to verify that your home address is within the district boundaries.
To register online you will need to upload the following:
• A form of identification for each child you are registering. Accepted forms of identification for children include birth certificate, current school ID or current health insurance card.
• Documentation to verify your current home address. Accepted forms of documentation include any monthly bill (i.e., utility, cellphone, credit card). The piece of mail MUST include CURRENT address AND name of the parent/guardian registering for the Holiday Hope Program. It must be dated within the last 60 days.
Each application will be reviewed and validated. If you do not qualify for the Holiday Hope program you will be contacted by Holiday Hope staff.
Reminders:
• Proof of Registration: You will need to provide proof of registration upon arrival to the Gift Room at Community Thread. This includes current ID and email confirmation of registration.
