Bremen Oktoberfest Pageant Entry Form
Please read and complete the form below to provide details about contestant. ***As contestants, you will be required to attend: 1. The Pageant. We will quickly do an informational meeting prior to beginning, to quickly go over what to expect. Then we will call up each age group in front of the judging panel after for simple age appropriate mic questions to get to know each contestant. This will be held the same week of, prior to the Festival. Bremen United Methodist Church 9/25/25 at 6pm. Recommend to wear any type of dress, pagent, or evening gown for the girls. Dress up, or formal wear for boys. All are welcome. 2. Oktoberfest Parade in your own vehicle, or float. Line up in Bremen Elementary parking lot by playground 10am-10:30am. Starts at 11am on Saturday September 27th. All winners expected to return for next years parade. 3. Annoucment of coronation of the new court will be announced on stage. This will occur at the Oktoberfest after the grand parade at approximately 12pm. 4. All contestants are required a $25 entry fee. Winners are required to raise the minimum of $200. This can be done on there own time within the time frame of holding their title, and due by next year prior to announcing a new court. This can be sponsorships from businesses, individuals, family, or fund raisers, such as a bake sale, or candy bar sales. All money raised will need turned in directly to the village office, and goes into the pageant program for ordering crowns, pageant supplys, and Oktoberfest for next year. ****Please note failure to attend the required Pageant will result in your withdrawal from the competition with no refund for your entry fee. No refunds once paid. ** Eligibility for this contest requires a link to the community, which can be demonstrated by residing in Fairfield County, being a current or former student of Bremen Elementary, or having a family member who lives, lived, works or worked in Bremen. **Registration is only complete when both the form and payment are received! *The pageant committee will not be responsible for lost entry forms/ payments. I authorize the festival to use photos of my child/contestant in the newspaper, for advertising, and website publications. (If you do not agree, your child cannot compete - your child will be a public figure and participating in many activities and it is impossible to police them having their photo taken at public events. I release the Bremen Oktoberfest and any affiliates from all legal responsibilities should my daughter/son be hurt or injured while participating in any event involved with the parade or Festival.
