MFA Youth Scholarship

Arkansas United Methodist Youth Scholarship

Application for a partial scholarship to serve with Ozark Mission Project, generously provided by the Methodist Foundation for Arkansas.
Application Deadline is April 1st. A parent or guardian should complete this form on behalf of the youth. This scholarship can cover up to 50% of the cost of the OMP mission.

To be eligible to receive this scholarship the applying youth should be:
- A youth aged 10-18.
- Registered or planning to register to attend an OMP summer mission.
- Regular attendee or member of a United Methodist Church in Arkansas.
In addition, these scholarships are awarded based on need and availability of funds. By submitting this form you agree that you:
- Have need of the financial assistance from this scholarship.
- Will help the youth submit a reflection about their summer OMP experience by August 15th.
