**AFTER OCTOBER 1ˢᵗ, A $10.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED ON EACH BOOTH.
-ALL DISPLAY PROPS MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE EXHIBITOR. YOU MUST KEEP YOUR DISPLAY AREA NEAT AND CLEAN. DISPOSE OF TRASH APPROPRIATELY. TRASH RECEPTACLES WILL BE AVAILABLE.
-FESTIVAL COMMITTEE WILL DETERMINE BOOTH LOCATIONS.

1 pm-7 pm Thursday, October 30th
6:30 am-8:30 am Friday, October 31ˢᵗ
7:30 am-8:30 am Saturday, November 1st
-ALL BOOTHS MUST BE READY TO BEGIN SELLING AT 9 AM! Late Arrivals may result in being unable to set up or participate in outdoor placement, subject to the Talihina Chamber of Commerce director's decision.
-ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE MAINTAINED UNTIL 4 PM. DO NOT START PACKING / CLOSING UNTIL 4 PM. (IF CUSTOMERS ARE STILL ABOUT YOU MAY STAY LONGER) THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. EARLY CLOSING WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $10.00 EARLY PACKING / CLOSING FEE AND THE POSSIBILITY OF NOT BEING IN ANOTHER CHAMBER-SPONSORED EVENT OR FESTIVAL. IF YOU SELL OUT, YOU MUST KEEP YOUR BOOTH MAINTAINED UNTIL THE END, AND TAKE ORDERS.
