Booking and Appointment Details: At the time of booking, we are unable to provide an appointment time for you. This is due to the dance 'heat list', which is typically released a few days before the competition. Once this list is available, our team will need at least 48 hours to finalize our schedule. We will then reach out to confirm your appointment time by TEXT ONLY. Rest assured, once your appointment is scheduled, your time slot is guaranteed. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted without a fee until the heat list is released. Once released, a full charge will apply.
